Standards we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the widely accepted international standard for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Ongoing efforts

Accessibility is not a one-time project. As we add pages, images, and features, we review them for accessibility, test with keyboard and screen-reader navigation, and correct issues we find. We also ask our vendors — including our patient portal and mapping providers — about the accessibility of the tools they supply.

Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or documents provided by outside organizations, may not be fully accessible. Where that happens, we will provide the same information in another format on request.

If you need help scheduling, completing paperwork, or navigating your visit, please tell our team when you call. We are glad to read materials aloud, provide large-print copies, allow extra time, and accommodate service animals, mobility devices, and companions who assist you.
