Preventative/Screening
- No symptoms, no abnormal findings, may or may not have family history
- Used to check for early signs of heart disease
- Office visits and certain labs may be covered by insurance if you have family history
- Comprehensive screenings, such as an echocardiogam or stress test are likely not covered by insurance
Diagnostic
- Symptoms may include chest pain, shortness of breath, rapid heart rate (palpitations)
- Usually covered by insurance

Screening heart tests are not always covered by insurance if you don’t have symptoms. We offer transparent self-pay pricing so you can choose the right care for your health and budget. Diagnostic tests ordered because of symptoms or abnormal findings are usually covered.

In case of your hospitalization, you will be cared for by the same cardiologist who knows you and your medical history and can provide a seamless care with no redundant tests. Additionally, certain interventional and surgical procedures will have to be performed in the hospital setting.
